Schaumburg on Stage and point2productions denounces the multitude of injustices suffered by People Of Color, those with physical, intellectual, or mental health challenges, members of the LGBQT+ community and anyone who is wrongfully made to feel less than or other in this country.  
As people, we must confront systemic oppression and become advocates for justice and agents for meaningful change.
As artists and creators, we must work with intention to promote diverse works and voices, and focus on community outreach that reflects our values.

We must all be allies for change. Schaumburg on Stage and point2productions will challenge racism, sexism, ablism and the policies and institutions that perpetuate it. 

We are here to work collaboratively and stand against these injustices as long as they are perpetuated.
The time for action is long past due.
