Schaumburg On Stage is pleased to announce auditions for Lion King Jr. Music and Lyrics by Tim Rice and Elton John.

Placement day for all students will be Monday, June 9th from 10am - 3pm in the Schaumburg On Stage Studio at 1945 Wright Blvd, Schaumburg, IL  60193. This will not be a full day of camp.  You need to register and sign up for specific audition time.  Video auditions will be accepted for those who cannot attend in person.  Please select Waiting List in lieu of an audition time if you are submitting a video. Callbacks are by invitation only.  Audition materials and music will be available on April 21st at, www.schaumburgonstage.org, under the "Summer Camp" page.  Please be prepared to perform your music selection at auditions. There will be a dance portion of the audition, so please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes and shoes (please NO sandals or flipflops).  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your audition slot.  

Camp Days are: Mon-Thurs from 10am-4pm in the Schaumburg On Stage Studio at 1945 Wright Blvd, Schaumburg, IL  60193. 

Students will need to bring a water bottle and a packed lunch to camp each day.

 First Camp Date Rehearsal: Wednesday, June 11th. (Tuesday, June 10th our staff will be casting the show.)  All students enrolled will be offered a part in the show.  There are no eliminations as long as there is space in our program. This is a newer more condensed summer schedule that offers the same amount of camp time as prior years, just in a longer camp week in a fewer number of weeks.  
This is to allow our families a great show experience and still leave time for enjoying fun summer activities and vacations with families

Tuition is $475 per student plus a small costume fee.  Additional students from the same family receive a $50 discount.
